What to do if you or a loved one have a drug or alcohol problem...

The first thing you need to realize is that you are not alone.   Here are some action steps you can take if you or a loved one needs help.

1. If there is a physical or mental emergency... CALL 911!   

2. Call one of the following numbers for confidential assistance:

3. Call treatment centers for availability and check with your insurance company about substance abuse coverage (if applicable).

4. Go to a local recovery group.   These groups are confidential and include people who have battled substance abuse.

5. Contact your local church.   Prayer can be a powerful tool in recovery.
